14 Days Satisfaction Guarantee - Return and Exchange Policy

We don't consider a business is complete until our customers are 100% satisifed with our products, your purchase is covered by our full 100% Guarantee: 14-Day Return and Exchange Policy, and your advise to help us improve our products and service is highly appreciated.

This 14-day period starts at the day the product is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to have a refund or an exchange, simply contact cs@dnagolf.co.uk for a Refund and Exchange Authorization. The Refund and Exchange Policy is only applicable to online purchases for unused items in the original packaging. This policy is not yet applicable to in-store purchases.

All return shipping & handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product and any shipping and handling fees or import duty and/or VAT for certain countries that were paid are non-refundable; you will receive a refund for online purchase via credit back to the credit card used.

Warranty of products

Most of the products we sell are covered by manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers for defects, assembly and workmanship. Please see the product description on different warranty periods for different products. We stand behind our products because we only use the highest quality components available and these products are used by tour players, club professionals, and amateurs throughout the world.

Shipping

Every order we receive is given personal attention. Most orders made in US, UK or Europe will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive most countries in Europe and North America. You can track the progress of delivery online 24 hours after the product is sent. We will notify you of any backorders. International customers are responsible for any tax or duties collected upon receipt even for personal use and please feel free inquire for additional information.
